Ochi pe degete | Eyes on Fingers, was a nonprofit, non-governmental organization, founded in 2009 as a continuation of a collaborative art project.
It started as a university graduation project and it continued as a place to learn, to express, to grow projects and dreams.

The projects were sponsored by UNARTE (National Art University of Bucharest), School number 9 and 2 and the Primary School for the Hearing Impaired of Bucharest, with support from the Writers Union in Bucharest, the ASPSE ( the Psychology and Educational Sciences Students' Association) and, over the years, private companies and many student and teachers as volunteers.
